The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new EU legal framework for data protection. The GDPR will apply to all member states from the 25th May 2018.

The Regulation will replace our current Data Protection, introduce greater protections for personal data and bring data protection law into the digital age. The GDPR introduces some new obligations for organizations that collect, use, share and store personal data.
