A transfer of credits may be accepted from other recognised colleges and universities for those courses which apply to AGSB’s programs. Advanced placement (AP) credits obtained at a high school level may be applied to an undergraduate program.
The transfer of credits may only be awarded for a grade C (75%) or above.
Examples of where a transfer of credits has been awarded in the past are for example, in a 13th year program of study such as the International Baccalaureate (IB), College-Level Examination Program (CLEP), College Entrance Examination Board (CEEB) and GCSE A-Levels.
Credit For Taken At Other Institution
Students enrolled at AGSB who wish to take courses at other institutions to accumulate credits towards their degree program would be needed to receive prior approval from the university’s administration. Approval will not be granted for courses taken at unrecognised institutions. Additionally, students may not take on simultaneous courses at AGSB and other institutions. Approved courses, however, that are satisfactorily completed will be considered for a transfer of credits to AGSB.
