The insitution’s graduation ceremony takes place in December every year at the end of the Fall Term.
Graduating students will have completed their program requirements at the end of the previous (Spring) term.
To be eligible for graduation:
- Students will need to have completed the Academic credit requirements for their particular program of study.
For the BSBA program, the academic requirement is a minimum of 117 credits.
- In order to graduate, students will need to meet the academic performance requirements for their particular program.
The BSBA program requires a cumulative GPA of 2.0
- Students will also need to meet the residency requirements of the university.
Graduates must complete at least half of their Academic Credit requirements at AGSB.
- All students must also meet the attendance requirements of the university.
The total class absence for a particular program of study must not exceed more than 20%.
Students will be expected to have met all outstanding financial obligations to the university.
Graduation With Honors
Graduation with honours will be recognised for the superior achievement of students at three levels.
Cum laude – For graduates with a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 to 3.49.
Magna cum laude – For graduates with a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 to 3.79.
Summa cum laude – For graduates with a cumulative grade point average of 3.80 or higher.
