GRADUATE PROGRAM
REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT

Master of International Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate Management

Why study real estate in Switzerland?

Ernst & Young Trendbarometer Real Estate Investment Market 2018 reports: “Compared to other European countries, a majority of respondents (81%) regard Switzerland as an attractive or very attractive investment location”. «Economically and politically, Switzerland is far more stable than the other European countries — and real estate in the “safe haven” is, therefore, more crisis-proof than in the other countries.»

Why AGSB?

For these reasons, the international interest in the Swiss Real Estate market is constant and the complexities of this market land themselves to study Real Estate finance specificities and legal aspects, which will be the foundation of the program. It will allow international students to hone their skills in a complex environment.
To that purpose, this program is conducted with the participation of executives from the leading real estate agencies of the region. It will cover the specifics of individual markets such as commercial real estate, shopping center management, residential and luxury markets. The focus will be on preparing students to analyze projects and take profitable investment decisions.
